Meditation Drop-In Class

Private Guided Meditation Drop-In. Have you always wanted to meditate, but didn't know "how"? Or have you tried and couldn't really tell if you were "doing it right?" If so, then you're in the right place. This drop-in one-on-one class is a 30-minutes session during which I will guide you through a meditation and give you the tools you will need to practice every day for the rest of the week or until our next session. There are literally thousands of studies on the number of positive effects that meditation can have mentally, emotionally and physically. Some of these benefits may include, but are not limited to:

As the advantages of meditation are becoming more scientifically proven, more and more people are being drawn to trying it out for themselves. However, this can be a daunting task, as there are so many different methods and it can be difficult to determine where to begin, or which of the many methods are a good fit for you. 

As a certified meditation coach who has studied and personally practiced most methods extensively, I will work with you one on one in four, half-hour sessions to help you facilitate an impactful meditation experience based on your meditation goals. By calming our minds, we are able to reconnect to our bodies and facilitate healing, not only on a physical level, but also emotionally and spiritually. Reconnecting with ourselves is where true healing comes begins.

RECOMMENDED FOR: Anyone who is new to meditation and would like some guidance on how to begin and how to determine if it is something you would like to incorporate into your life through establishing a regular practice of your own. 

TO BOOK: Select a day/time that you can meet for your FIRST session at LEAST 48 hours in advance. We will schedule the next three sessions after the first session has been completed.
